Refund policy
We can only provide refunds on damaged or defective units. If the item is damaged by the customer we cannot provide a refund. If your item is defective or damaged. Please send us an email on our "contact us" page. Please include your order number, a description of the request and images of the defective unit. A member of our team will review the refund request and will respond within 24 hours of the request.
Returns:We do not accept returns for any reason.
Dino( Our Store) is not responsible for carriers delivering items to the incorrect address. Our shipments are delivered directly to the requested address of the customer as it was formatted in the order. Once an order has been placed, we cannot modify the shipment address.Customer is responsible for shipping cost for sending returns.

- Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (e.g., weather, customs, or other unforeseen issues). Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.
Our Usual delivery time is 7-14 business days once order is shipped and in some cases it may take between 3-4 weeks.
Order cancellation: Once an order has been placed, It will immediately be processed for shipment. Because the order is in process, we cannot cancel or modify the shipment. All sales are final.
